With 4 terminals located throughout the store, you’ll be able to access 4 million English language book titles. If you see a book you want, and it’s not available at any book stores, we can order it for you if it’s in print.

	Special Book Order: While we may not be able to carry all the printed book titles in the world, we can special order a book for you if it’s in print. Just call us at 03 2148 8813 or place an order at the Customer Service counter. Customer Enquiry: For enquiries, please call us at 03-2148 8813 between 10am to 10pm daily. Reservation service (via phone or in-person): If you’d like to reserve a book or a magazine, we’d be happy to help. Here are 2 ways of doing so: Phone: 03-2148 8813 In-person at Times Bookstore Home & Office Delivery (free in Klang Valley*): We’re happy to offer home & office delivery within Klang Valley with minimum book purchases of RM200. A fee of RM10 is applicable for book purchases below RM200. Gift Wrapping: Let us wrap your book gifts at no charge (house paper is complimentary). Corporate / Library off-shelf selection service For library purchases, just pick your selection off the shelves, and we’ll take care of the invoicing and delivery.

Fiction? Thriller? General? Hardcover? Paperback? If you’re not sure what books to get your friends, family, and colleagues, a book gift voucher will ensure they’ll get the book of their choice. We have Times bookstores vouchers available in denominations of RM10, RM20, RM50, RM100. You may purchase them at the Customer Service counter.

Return Policy:

If you’re not happy with your book purchases, you may return or refund or exchange them within 14 days from date of purchase with your receipt.
