Assistant Retail Manager (KL) |
| Responsibilities |
- Accountable for the overall performance of the outlet and in meeting the company's KPI's
- Daily operational management of the outlet which includes customer service, staff, inventory, marketing & promotion, shop floor display and administrative function
- Leading a team of staff to achieve service excellence

| Pre-requisites |
- Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 - 3 years working experience preferably in managing a retail outlet
- Strong managerial skills
- Independent and mature with high degree of initiative with good knowledge of retail procedures and systems
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Must be hands-on and able to lead by example
- Dynamic, articulate, enthusiastic and pleasant personality

- Possess initiative and analytical capability in problem solving, with good knowledge of retail procedures and systems

- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Must be hands-on and able to lead by example

| Responsibilities |
- Support the merchandising functions of the company which include buying, sales analysis and inventory analysis
- Liaison with suppliers and outlets

- Book lover and avid reader

| Responsibilities |
- To organize, plan and execute in-store events, activities and promotions
- Assists in promotional space and sponsorship programmes
- To be responsible for web page content and maintenance of website

| Pre-requisites |
- Degree in any discipline with 3 to 4 years relevant working experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Able to work independently and willing to work on weekends
- Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator experience preferred
- Pleasant personality, creative, resourceful and mature with good organisational skills
